Treatment of dermatological pathologies for the Foot Health Care Practitioner
- Understand the key elements of the skin, including its structure, function, and nutrition.

Therapeutics, medications and instruments for the foot health care practitioner
- Understand the treatments used in foot care

- Over the counter medicaments
- BioMechanics, Understanding Orthotics & Orthoses within the scope of practice
Conduct a foot examination
- Be able to prepare ourselves, our tools, and the clinical areas for foot care treatments
- Be able to make recommendations to patients regarding foot care treatments and products
- Be able to safely carry out foot treatments, including safe nail cutting
